    Can anyone help me ?I have bought another mito evo 1 this time (originally from Bulgaria)The problem I am having it has 19 digits on certs and on frame stamp.
    The frame stamp is cagiva DGM 52999 EOM 8 P 02××13 . THE DVLA will not regerster it on the basis it hasnt got 17 digits, I am at a loss what to do
