did you check measure and adjust:
-Crank alignment between casings. also did you remember to use the 0,5mm shim on LH-side behind Crank main bearing
-water pump aluminium propeller clearance into oil seal

-water pump aluminium propeller clearance into oil seal
-water pump plastic drive sprocket clearance into RH-crank casing wall
-did you check all 3 Balancer twin sprocket damper springs
-did you make correct balancer timing, noticing wrong info on w.s.m , and using factory build setting.
